For workshops that are non-NVC related or not personally facilitated by Dorset:

For Dorset's NVC Trainings:
If you have enrolled in one of Dorset's NVC trainings and then cannot attend,
please just let us know and we will try to work something out to meet all our needs.

If you notify us:
- One month before the Workshop commences, you can receive a Credit* or Full Refund less $50 Admin Fee.
- 7 days or more before the Workshop commences, you can receive a Credit* or 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the Workshop commencement, you can receive a Credit*.
If you do not notify us of your inability to attend — at any stage — you will not receive any Credit* or Refund. However you may receive the Workshop Manual sent to you in electronic or printed form upon request.

*Credit : transfer your enrolment to another Workshop of the same level or title e.g. NVC Foundation Training to another NVC Foundation Training without any extra charge. In this case please let the Workshop Organiser know this is what you would like to do, then check with our Calendar for future events, and contact that Workshop Organiser to enrol.
