We understand that unexpected things happen in people's lives, so if you have enrolled in a Workshop with Dorset and then cannot attend, please just let us know and we will try to work something out to meet all our needs.

If you notify us:
- One month before the Workshop commences, you can receive a Credit* or Full Refund less $50 Admin Fee.
- 7 days or more before the Workshop commences, you can receive a Credit* or 50% refund less $50 Admin Fee.
- Less than 7 days before the Workshop commencement, you can receive a Credit*.
If you do not notify us of your inability to attend — at any stage — you will not receive any Credit* or Refund. However you may receive the Workshop Manual sent to you in electronic or printed form upon request.

If you have previously attended a NVC Foundation Training with Dorset,
 you can attend another one with Dorset for HALF PRICE!

*Credit : transfer your enrollment to another Workshop of the same level or title e.g. NVC Foundation Training to another NVC Foundation Training without any extra charge. In this case please let the Workshop Organiser know this is what you would like to do, then check with our Calendar for future events, and contact that Workshop Organiser to enrol.
